Three Erasmus+ Projects, One Shared Mission: Empowering Europe’s Changemakers!
This October, three impactful Erasmus+ Training Courses took place in Alanya and Kemer, Turkey, gathering passionate youth workers, trainers, and changemakers from across Europe — including 12 inspiring participants from Finland.
🇫🇮 Their active participation across three different projects marks a strong commitment to networking, leadership, and skill-building for a more informed, peaceful, and entrepreneurial Europe.
9–15 October – Kemer, Turkey
Project: The Role of Communication in Conflict Resolution Processes
This project trained youth workers in effective communication techniques to address misunderstandings, resolve conflicts peacefully, and promote intercultural dialogue. Participants learned how constructive communication is the key to coexistence — between individuals, communities, and nations.
10–17 October – Alanya, Turkey
Project: Enhancing Digital Literacy and Information Authenticity to Tackle Misinformation (EDIT)
Focused on one of today’s most urgent challenges — misinformation — this project empowered youth workers with tools to enhance digital literacy, promote critical thinking, and build resilience among young people in the digital era.
15–22 October – Kemer, Turkey
Project: Empower to Innovate: Entrepreneurial Spirit in Youth Work
Dedicated to inspiring entrepreneurial thinking among youth workers, this training explored leadership, self-empowerment, and social innovation — encouraging young people to transform their ideas into action and contribute to sustainable economic development.
Together, these projects represent a collective investment in Europe’s youth leaders — fostering digital awareness, peaceful dialogue, and entrepreneurial innovation.
Through collaboration, creativity, and shared values, these initiatives strengthen the European network of changemakers, preparing them to build inclusive and forward-looking communities.
